Prayer & Worship Services

Prayer is an important part of our lives.  Prayer is a lifting up our hearts and minds to God.  It is a recognition of our dependency upon God and the loving relationship God has with us, His children.

Before Morning Announcements, etc.
Each day begins with a school prayer before morning announcements.  Classes, meetings, assemblies and other gatherings, likewise, begin with prayer.  If a special need or occasion arises, prayer services are prepared to respond to them.

Eucharistic Day of Adoration
A Eucharistic Day of Adoration is held periodically during the school year.  The Blessed Sacrament is exposed (placed in a monstrance on the altar) so that students, faculty and staff may go to the chapel to spend quiet time praying, reflecting or just being in God’s presence.  Spending time with Jesus in Adoration, heightens our awareness of the great mystery of God’s all-pervasive love and presence.
