NCAA College Bound Student Athletes
Registration Procedures

On-line procedure (you will need a credit card)

Go to http://www.eligibilitycenter.org

Click on NCAA College Bound Student Athletes and follow the instructions.

Fill out the necessary information. Name, address, phone, school code (391955), Social Security Number, credit card number, etc.

Ask the Guidance Counselor to submit a transcript to the NCAA for you.

You must complete this process if you plan to play Division I or II level collegiate athletics.
