Student Government

STUDENT COUNCIL

The Bishop McCort Student Council is a group of student leaders in grades 11 and 12.  They are elected every year by members of the entire student body.

The Student Council holds various fundraisers throughout the year.  These students completely organize the Winter Formal and Prom.  They are also highly involved in the festivities surrounding Homecoming.  Student Council members do a great deal of public relations for the school, including lunch with the Bishop.

The Student Council is also in charge of morning and afternoon announcements.  Council members serve as the main liason between the student body and school administration.
