The Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) is given throughout the school year. It is recommended that students take the test twice during their junior year and once at the beginning of their senior to achieve the best score. Juniors may want to wait until after they have taken the PSAT in October and received those scores before taking the SAT. Next year’s seniors who still need to take the test should register for one of the fall test dates.
