As you navigate these pages, we hope you find information in all of these areas and more.  There is so much great information on Colleges Planning, Careers Exploration, Financial Aid & Scholarships Information, Student Assistance, and many other things relative to school guidance and personal development.  We even the scour the Twittersphere to try to find the most pertinent info (Check out the feed to the right or follow us @CrusherGuidance).
 
The Crusher Guidance page will continually try to bring all the best information to one place.  Please look around and always come back for new posts, but please always remember to come visit the Guidance Office when you need something. 
 
While it is awesome to have this  vehicle to provide guidance, the doors to the Guidance Office are always open.  Come see us whenever you need help with any of this issues - including any personal difficulties you may be experience.  Traveling through Jr. & Sr. High School is quite an adventure.  Everyone has ups & downs and your Guidance Counselor will be there for you during both.  Please let us help.

Dr. Fritz Donates Books for Junior Parents

Dr. William Fritz, M.D. has recommended and graciously donated this book for use by our Junior class parents to start the process of figuring out financial aid and how to pay for college. Thank you Dr. Fritz, your gift will be a great resource for years to come!

Bishop McCort Back to School Safely

Mr. Smith, Principal/CAO, walks through the daily steps for students returning to Bishop McCort Catholic High School while maintaining social distancing and adhering to safety protocol during the COVID-19 pandemic.

PRE-COLLEGE & SUMMER SCHOLAR PROGRAMS AVAILABLE TO CRUSHER SOPH. & JRS.

Get a college experience before your senior year of high school! There are plenty of opportunities for Pre-college summer programs and academic and leaderships forums. There are various types of programs available at local and prestigious universities. College credits can be earned at some of these colleges and there are scholarships available. SFU Summer In France Program Parent Information Session Nov. 8th

There will be an information session for Bishop McCort parents and students interested in the St. Francis University Summer In France Program during Parent/Teacher Conferences on November 8, 2018 @7:00PM in the Thomas Conference Room.
Representatives from St. Francis University will be presenting the program and answering any questions you may have. They will also have a table available from 6:00 - 7:00PM during Parent/Teacher Conferences for general questions/inquiries and to sign up for the larger group information session.

PSAT/NMSQT & PSAT8/9 OCTOBER 10, 2018

All BMCHS & DMMS students will be taking the PSAT on WEDS. October 10, 2018. The PSAT tests are great experience with college entrance exams and can lead to scholarship opportunities for many.
