As you navigate these pages, we hope you find information in all of these areas and more.  There is so much great information on Colleges Planning, Careers Exploration, Financial Aid & Scholarships Information, Student Assistance, and many other things relative to school guidance and personal development.  We even the scour the Twittersphere to try to find the most pertinent info (Check out the feed to the right or follow us @CrusherGuidance).
 
The Crusher Guidance page will continually try to bring all the best information to one place.  Please look around and always come back for new posts, but please always remember to come visit the Guidance Office when you need something. 
 
While it is awesome to have this great new vehicle to provide guidance, the doors to the Guidance Office are always open.  Come see us whenever you need help with any of this issues - including any personal difficulties you may be experience.  Traveling through Jr. & Sr. High School is quite an adventure.  Everyone has ups & downs and your Guidance Counselor will be there for you during both.  Please let us help.

SFU Summer In France Program Parent Information Session Nov. 8th

There will be an information session for Bishop McCort parents and students interested in the St. Francis University Summer In France Program during Parent/Teacher Conferences on November 8, 2018 @7:00PM in the Thomas Conference Room.
Representatives from St. Francis University will be presenting the program and answering any questions you may have. They will also have a table available from 6:00 - 7:00PM during Parent/Teacher Conferences for general questions/inquiries and to sign up for the larger group information session.

Juniors to Attend Catholic College Fair @ SFU. WEDs February 7th.

All BMCHS Junior Students will be attending the Catholic College Fair on WEDs February 7, 2018. This is a great opportunity to meet a number of Catholic College Admission Representatives and explore college choices. All students will be required to attend and will be transported from the school with school staff. We will also be attending Mass and Lunch will be provided.

Parental permission is required. Please return a permission slip or complete the online form linked to this page.

Regula Signs with Seton Hill University

JOHNSTOWN – Alexis Regula has announced her intentions to continue her athletic career at Seton Hill University to play soccer for head coach Andy McNab, where she received an athletic scholarship. Regula is expected to play outside back for the Griffins.

Mishler to Attend President Leadership Summit

BMCHS Senior Adeline Mishler was honored to be chosen to introduce the keynote speaker, Malala Yousafzai, the young teen girl from Pakistan that was shot in the head by the Taliban yet miraculously survived and continues to be a fearless leader for the education of girls around the world and she is the youngest Nobel Peace Laureate to ever receive the honor.
