Bishop McCort continues to celebrate Catholic Schools Week. As our students reflect on being in the classroom, one student-athlete, Anthony Walters, talks about the spiritual time he spends with his teammates.

I think a lot of sports here every sport actually is has to deal with spiritual value and through that we go to mass we praise teams and we're also service or Y today's teams and we go help other Charities and Foundations the best we can  a few things that we did as the foot team where we helped the mom's house that is over on Napoleon Street we help them set up their basket party what was at the Richland Fire Hall we helped here at the mccort auction with setting up and also we just try to act as model Christians from around the community it is open to any students in an athletic Sport and General Tso the basis of that found a when is that they come together almost weekly and they talked about trying to bring religion into Athletics been trying to act as Leaders here in the school and in the community when it comes to Athletics I think every team that I've been apart of is just a big family whether it's the wrestling team where there's a small group of guys or it's the football team where there's a lot of guys I think that we grow as a whole when we play and when we go to mass and when we share spiritually I think that we are one big family and that we always will be
