Missy Murin, a Bishop McCort Catholic High School senior, has a lot to look forward to in 2020, including a four-year, ALL expenses paid scholarship to the University of Pennsylvania worth more than $310,000. The media is invited to meet with Missy and her mother to hear the inspiring story that led Missy to pursue this long-shot prospect and how she plans to make the most of this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity at one of the nation’s top Ivy League schools.

I'll be going to the University of Pennsylvania in the fall on a full ride most can only dream of an Ivy League education much less one that's free for her missing urine is one sin lifetime opportunity it was like later in the evening and I was getting ready for Dan whenever I found out and I just came screaming into the kitchen for my mom and it was just an amazing moment she was just so excited turkey open up the email and saw the Matched flashing on her phone she called mrs. Nagy and I could just hear mrs. Nagy in the background screaming Bridge National College match program Westridge gives exceptional students who otherwise wouldn't have the opportunity a chance to 80% of those chosen are the first in their family to attend when your call it quits definitely giving me a lot of opportunities to explore my interests and to make an impact on the world and I think questbridge was really looking for student and I have the chance to be a to get out of Johnstown and do something with her life like I haven't had the chance to so it's too it's something I can't put into words just phenomenal 10000 students who applied a 1100 we're match to schools like then Princeton Yale Stanford and Notre Dame teachers knew she had a shot and it should be the entire podcast preparation that my teachers gave me was everything I couldn't have made it to this point or been so strong academically without support for my teachers and I'm so glad Portside in her that she had the opportunity and grades the able to submit the application for the next four years everything is paid for from tuition to books to even her travel home within $300,000 in financial aid for methane it's more than a dream come true it's proved that hard work does pay off especially when someone gives you a chance to prove it but I just like to thank everyone from the administration teachers and anyone who is involved with Macquarie at any level for helping me a this other financially spiritually mentally or just academically feel really blessed to have this opportunity and I couldn't have done it without any of you
